had completed a portion of my comprehensive training through a Classical program, but was looking for something more. I found Erika's studio after researching various Contemporary programs, tried one of her classes and met her afterwards to discuss more.
I was so impressed, and definitely intrigued! I signed up shortly thereafter and have not looked back. Let me say, if you are looking to train in a beautiful facility, with liked minded supportive students, staff and ownership, Healthy Changes Pilates is where you need to be. If you are looking for all those things included with a extremely intuitive Pilates training program with incredible mentors and teachers, you should sign-up today. I continue my training at HCP and have made such a wonderful bond with everyone, and learn so much every single time I am either in a class or training with the team.
