Getting Started
If you have specific injuries, conditions, or are brand new to Pilates we suggest starting with Private sessions. Then we’ll tailor a program to meet your unique needs and attend to your specific goals.
You’ll also receive a FREE pair of grippy sox when you purchase your first package!
If you are new to Healthy Changes, do not have specific injuries or conditions and have never taken Pilates before, please start with our Complimentary Introduction to Reformer Class. This class is held on select Sundays at 10am (click the calendar below for the next time available). If that time does not work for you, begin with a private session!
